• For napkin rash refer:
• Longer than 2 weeks
• Weeping or yellow crusting Bacterial infection.
• Small, red lesions near the perimeter of the affected area. Secondary Fungal Infection.
• Napkin dermatitis sometimes occurs during or after a diarrhoea, when the perianal skin becomes reddened and sore.
• If associated with mouth thrush.
• Other body areas affected.
• Broken skin, severe rash.
