Amphibians!
 Amphibians are a bunch of animals
that can live in water and on land.
They are special because they begin
living in the water with gills to
breathe, just like fish. But when they
are growing, their body makes lungs
and can breathe air which gives them
the ability to live on land also.
Points about
Amphibians!
 Amphibians are small creatures that
need water or a wet environment to
survive.
 All amphibians can breath using their
thin skin.
 Amphibians are important because
they help keep nature alive by eating
insects and being food for other
animals.

MAMMALS
Mammals!
 Imagine mammals as a special group of
animals that have some special things that
make them different from other animals.
 mammals are fuzzy! They have fur or hair
covering their bodies that can be super soft
or a bit rough. Think about your pet cat or
dog – they also have fur!
 Mammals are also special because they're
warm inside, just like you! They can keep
their bodies warm even if it's cold outside.
That's why they don't need the sun to warm
them up like some other animals do.
Points about
mammals!
1. Furry: Mammals are animals
that have fur or hair on their
bodies. Like your pet cat or
dog, they both have fur! Some
of the mammals, like bears
and rabbits, have really fluffy
hair to keep them warm.
2. Warm: Mammals are like little
warmers! They can stay warm
inside, even if it's cold outside.
That's why they don't need
blankets or sweaters to stay
cozy like we do. Their bodies
keep them warm all by
themselves.

Vertebrates
Vertebrates!

Imagine animals like birds, dogs, cats, and humans.

Vertebrates are animals that have something really
special inside their bodies called a spine or backbone.
This spine is like a line that goes from the head all the
way to the tail, and it helps these animals stand tall
and move around. So, if an animal has a backbone in
its body, it's called a vertebrate!
Points about
Vertebrates!

1. Different Shapes and

Sizes: Vertebrates come in all
sorts of shapes and sizes!
They start from small frogs to
big elephants, and from fish
to birds, there are so many
kinds of vertebrates in the
world!

Reptiles!

 Reptiles, including
animals like snakes,
crocodiles, and lizards,
are special creatures that
live in all sorts of places,
from deserts to forests.
Points about
Reptiles!
1. Scales: Reptiles have skin
that's covered in scales.
These scales can be shiny and
come in colors like green,
brown, or patterns.
2. Cold-blooded: Unlike
humans who stay at the same
temperature all the time,
reptiles bodies change
temperature with the
environment around them.
