CARBON DIOXIDE AND OXYGEN LEVEL
INDICATOR IN CARS :-
Problems :-
• Carbon dioxide level in the cabin can be assumed to be equal to the carbon dioxide levels in the
outside air,which also vary by location. The atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration
measured by the Global Monitoring laboratory of the US National Oceanic nad Atmospheric
administration (NOAA) for the month of September 2020 was 411.29 ppm. This value has been
increasing at an alarming rate since the industrial revolution, mainly due to human activities.
• The current rate of increase is nearly 2.5ppm per year,and the year inhale is becoming polluted
continuously.
• Monitorning and controlling the in-cabin air of auto mobiles has become an interesting topic in
the industry to avoid possible health and safety risks due to high carbon dioxide concentration
for long time periods.
SOLUTIONS :-

• System To Detect levels of oxygen/carbon dioxide and open windows when

oxygen level drops or carbon dioxide level rises thereby preventing
accidentaly deaths pets locked inside the car
• The use of carbon dioxide sensor inside moving cars is a good way to control
ventilation the sensor is alos able to detect people inside a parked vehicle, a
traditional way of using a carbon dioxide sensor is to force air from outside to
the inside of the car.

• It will help in avoiding deaths due to suffocation inside car.

• It would help to maintain and oxygen and carbon dioxide level in the car.
• This will help in enchanging the technology of cars.
• To install the sensor to detect amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide in cars
and hence open the windows when oxygen level drops to dangerously low
levels or level of carbon dioxide rises.
