I was tasked to conduct the fire drill

for all employees and it happens today. Please listen very
carefully. When you hear the fire alarm, all staffs in the third
and second floor, do not use the elevator, please use the stairs
instead and proceed to the left side of the conference room in
the first floor where there is the nearest exit to the front of the
building. All employees from the first floor calmly proceed to
front of the building. The pole in front that is 150 ft. away is our
assembly point.
• Hello, Doctor. I am very sick right now. I will be asking for a medicine. I
have a history of asthma. My sickness started last night. First, it was a
cough. Then, a headache. When I woke up, I felt my belly in pain.
Lastly, my eyes are starting to hurt now.
• Hello! I have received the menu and already had a choice. Please
reserve for four people on Thursday, September 7 at 7PM. We have
chosen the Thursday menu with wine, beer and cider. Thank you so
much.
• Hello, Anne. The meeting has already started and I believe the staff
elevator is broken this morning. To avoid this, you can use the visitor
elevator instead. When you enter the building, turn left then straight
ahead you will see the visitor elevator, get off on the second floor.
Take the stairs to your right. The conference room is on the farthest
left.
Hello to all students. I am sorry to inform you that we have to
cancel our activity to the lake this noon that includes swimming
due to the high levels of E.coli. Don't be sad because we will
have another excursion, a trip to the beautiful subway of the
city that has fascinating work of arts embedded. After that trip,
we will have dinner and karaoke. The excursion will be moved
tomorrow, September 7th at 3pm. See you all!
