Plan of Action for Admission

The list of things to do to increase admissions.

1. Contact to Existing Parents

We will contact the supportive parents and ask for

the number of people whom they think might want
their ward to study in our academy.
2. Home visits

We will visit the houses of the parents who have

been suggested by our supportive parents to
encourage them to choose our school.
3. Person to person contact.

We will be focusing more on mouth publicity.

4. School Visits

We will be visiting the scools which dont have +2

facilities and the schools which have a certain
classes so that they can help us out for example : a
school has only 8 grades or dosent has +2 then tey
can encourage their students to study in our
school.
5. Seminars and Workshops at different Places.

We will conduct seminars and work shops at

different places and tell them about the facilities
available in our school and distribute pamphlets.
6. Admission scheme at the time of Swarswati
puja or any other special event.

We will provode admissions at low price or

discounts at special events.
7. Fete in Swarswati puja by our students.

We will allow our students to put stalls in

Swarswati puja which can either be paid or free
there will be different kinds of stalls like tatoo
stalls which will show the art skills of our students
and others.
8. Pamphlet Distribution in Parlers, Banks and
Restaurant.

We will distribute pamphlet in different places so

that we can attract as many people as we can .
9. Scholarship scheme for financially week
students.

If a student is tallented enough but doesn’t has

enough money to study then we can provide them
scollarship as if the student dose some thing good
then there will be asset for our Academy.
