Manufacturing process of pipes

O Jet system is intended for Painting and surface treatment of pipes in continuous process, without aggressions to the health of members and the environment.

Assumptions Adopted
Fabrication of the largest possible quantities of piping in workshop (PipeShop) minimizing the fieldwork. Computerization of the process through the use of specific software, integrating engineering, procurement, planning and quality assurance (SPOOLGEN/SISEPC). Manufacturing planning, matching the needs of the field using the materials already available. Enabling increased productivity and reduced costs for the customer, taking into account the schedules with quality and safety.

Implantao
Incorporation of the Painting to the area of Jet-Pipe Shop. Deploy the following sequence of manufacture: Jet, painting, cutting, Beveling, pre-assembling, Welding, inspection and storage. Physical Division of the Pipe-Shop, according to the diameters of pipes and their materials (stainless steel). Functionality due to proximity of facilities.
