Introduction
Dream International Education Consultancy was established on 23 April 2020. It is located in
Baghbazar, Kathmandu. Till the date it does not have any branch office..
Dream Education International Consultancy has provided excellent classes for the students
who want to study abroad.
Courses like IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, PTE and Japanese language classes are runned under this
consultancy.
The Company provides education consultancy services to students who have desire and
intention of studying in internationally reputed institutions in Australia, New Zealand, USA
and many more.
As a Company, Dream International Education Consultancy are succeeding and are looking
forward to more success in upcoming years.

Intern’s key observation

Frequent network problem resulted in delayed service.

Small Birthday’s celebrations is done among staffs.

Job rotation is done among staffs in order to generate more ideas


and for satisfactions.

Update the overall procedure and minimize the waiting time of the customers.
Young and energetic ones and the staffing should be done on the basis of volume of
work in the department.
Proper management of staff and task is essential in Dream International
Educational Consultancy.
Payment collection team should be trained properly so that collection on time.
Feedback to the college/university
College should stay in touch with the students regarding their problems in the
internship.
College should not pressurize the students with loads of assignments, and
examination during the period of internship.
The college can be suggested to design the courses which will make the
students more updated with the latest technology.
The University can be suggested to focus more on on-the-job training then
theory classes.
