一、柴油发电机组概述
1 、型号
柴油发动机：江苏星光 XG—400 发电机组选用了 AB Volvo Penta
生产的 TAD1651GE 型涡轮增压、空空中冷器发电机组用柴油发动机。
发电机：江苏星光 XG—400 发电机组选用了斯坦福 HC.I544D1 型
无刷交流发电机，采用无刷式、三相四线、星（ Y ）型接法，发电机输出
电压为 400Vac, 频率为 50Hz, 功率因数 0.8 ，绝缘级数为 H 级，防护等级
为 IP23 。

三、柴油发电机组的检查
1 、开机前检查
（ 1 ）检查机油标尺的油位是否在“ MIN” 和“ MAX” 之间，机油品质有无异常；
（ 2 ）检查水箱冷却液是否足够，液位必须在水箱“ MIN” 线以上，检查放水阀关闭，无渗
漏；
（ 3 ）检查风扇、水箱冷却片之间有无杂物；
（ 4 ）检查发电机组上有无堆放杂物；
（ 5 ）检查发电机组有无漏油、漏水现象；
（ 6 ）检查发电机组就地控制屏上各信号灯正常，无异常报警信号；
（ 7 ）检查日常油箱油位正常；
（ 8 ）检查电池接头有松动和锈蚀，蓄电池是否正常，蓄电池显示绿色“状况良好”显示黑
色“需充电”显示白色“需更换”；

NO 、 3 Inspection of diesel generator set
1 、 Pre-startup inspection
（ 1 ） Check whether the oil level on the oil scale is between "MIN" and "MAX", and
whether the oil quality is abnormal;
（ 2 ） Check whether the coolant in the water tank is sufficient, and the liquid level
must be above the "MIN" line of the water tank. Check that the drain valve is closed
without leakage;
（ 3 ） Check whether there are sundries between fans and cooling blades of water tank ;
（ 4 ） Check whether there are piles of debris on the generator set ;
（ 5 ） Inspect the generator set for oil and water leakage;
（ 6 ） Check that all signal lights on the local control panel of the generator set are
normal and there is no abnormal alarm signal;
（ 7 ） Check the normal oil level of daily oil tank;
（ 8 ） Check if the battery connector is loose and corroded, and if the battery is normal,
the battery displays green "in good condition" and black "need to be charged" and white
"need to be replaced";

三、柴油发电机组的检查
2 、开机后的检查
（ 1 ）倾听柴油发电机组有无异响声音，如有则立即停机；
（ 2 ）检查发电机组的频率、电压值是否稳定及充电机工作状态；
（ 3 ）带负载的工况下倾听柴油机有无异响，检查机油压力不低于 124kpa 、水
温不高于 95℃ ；
（ 4 ）检查发电机组有无漏油、漏水、漏气现象以及机组异常震动；
（ 5 ）检查发电机组就地控制屏上各信号灯正常，无异常报警信号；
NO 、 3 Inspection of diesel generator set
2 、 Check after starting up
（ 1 ） Listen to the sound of the diesel generator set, if any, stop
immediately;
（ 2 ） Check whether the frequency and voltage of the generator set are
stable and the working state of the charger;
（ 3 ） Under the working condition with load, the diesel engine has the
same sound. Check the oil pressure is not lower than 124kpa and the
water temperature is not higher than 95℃.
（ 4 ） Check whether the generator set has oil leakage, water leakage,
air leakage phenomenon and abnormal vibration;
（ 5 ） Check that all signal lights on the local control panel of the
generator set are normal and there is no abnormal alarm signal;

四、柴油发电机组的启动、停止
柴油发电机组具有：远方 / 就地手动启动、保安段母线失电自启、远方 / 就
地手动停机、保安段母线电压恢复自动停止方式。
1 、远方手动启动
（ 1 ）就地检查 #1 机柴油发电机组具备启动条
件。
（ 2 ）切 #1 机柴油发电机就地控制面板上自动
模式至手动模式。
（ 3 ）在 #1 机 DCS 面板上合上 #1 柴油发电机出
口 B01 开关柴油发电机组启动。
（ 4 ）等待 22 秒后 #1 机保安 PCA 、 PCB 段备用
手动模式 自动模式
电源开关 B1A0 、 B1B0 自动合闸。
（ 5 ）就地检查 #1 机柴油发电机组运行正常。
2 、远方手动停止
BO1 （ 1 ）在 #1 机 DCS 面板上断开 #1 柴油发电机
出口 B01 开关发柴油发电机组停止指令，柴油发电
机组冷却 10 秒后，柴油发电机组停止。
（ 2 ）检查 #1 机保安 PCA 、 PCB 段备用电源开
关 B1A0 、 B1B0 开关跳闸。
（ 3 ）切 #1 机柴油发电机就地控制面板上自动
模式至自动模式。
NO 、 4 Start and stop of diesel generator set
Diesel generator set has: remote/local manual start, security
section busbar power loss self-start, remote/local manual stop,
security section busbar voltage recovery automatic stop mode.
1 、 Remote manual start
（ 1 ） Local inspection #1 diesel generator set with
starting conditions.
（ 2 ） Cut #1 diesel generator on local control
panel automatic mode to manual mode.
（ 3 ） Close the #1 diesel generator outlet B01 on
the DCS panel and switch the diesel generator set to
start.
（ 4 ） Wait 22 seconds for security PCA and PCB
Manual AUTO backup power switch B1A0 and B1B0 to close
automatically.
（ 5 ） Local inspection #1 diesel generator set is
running normally.
BO1 2 、 Remote manual stop
（ 1 ） Disconnect the #1 diesel generator outlet
B01 on the DCS panel of #1 diesel generator to
generate the diesel generator stop instruction, and
the diesel generator stop after the diesel generator
is cooled for 10 seconds.
（ 2 ） Check security PCA, PCB backup power switch
B1A0, B1B0 switch trip.
（ 3 ） Cut #1 diesel generator automatic mode to
automatic mode on local control panel.
四、柴油发电机组的启动、停止
3 、就地手动启动
（ 1 ）就地检查 #1 机柴油发电机组具备启动条件。
（ 2 ）切 #1 机柴油发电机就地控制面板上自动模
式至手动模式。
（ 3 ）在 #1 机柴油发电机就地控制面板按下启动
按钮启动发动机。
（ 4 ）等待 22 秒后 #1 机柴油发电机达到带载条
件后面板 LED 灯亮。
（ 5 ）按下发电机出口开关合闸按钮， #1 柴油发
电机出口开关合闸， #1 机保安 PCA 、 PCB 段备用电
发电机出口开关 源开关 B1A0 、 B1B0 自动合闸。

（ 6 ）就地检查 #1 机柴油发电机组运行正常。

4 、就地手动停止

（ 3 ）柴油发电机组冷却 10 秒后，柴油发电机
组停运。
（ 4 ）切 #1 机柴油发电机就地控制面板上自动
模式至自动模式。

（ 4 ） Cut #1 diesel generator automatic mode to
Shutdown Manual AUTO Start button automatic mode on local control panel.
四、柴油发电机组的启动、停止
5 、保安段失电柴油发电机组自启动
保安段失电后， 7ATS 装置检测到保安段母线无电压，延时 5 秒向柴油发电机
组发“启动信号”， 22 秒后柴油发电机组启动正常，自动合上发电机出口开关、
保安段段备用电源开关， 7ATS 装置自动切换恢复保安段供电。
6 、保安段母线电压恢复柴油发电机组自动停止
当保安段母线工作电源正常后， 7ATS 装置检测到保安段工作电源正
常， 7ATS 装置会进行一个同期检测的过程，检测频率、电压、相位角度正常后，
7ATS 装置自动切换至工作电源供电， 7ATS 装置检测工作电源正常后延时 5 分钟
向柴油发电机组发停机指令，自动断开发电机出口开关、保安段段备用电源开关，
柴油发电机组延时冷却 10 秒停机。
NO 、 4 Start and stop of diesel generator set
5 、 Security section of the loss of power diesel generator set self-starting
After the security section lost power ， 7ATS device detected no voltage on
the bus in the security section ， A delay of 5 seconds sends a "start signal"
to the diesel generator set,after about 22 secondsThe diesel generator set
starts normally ， Automatically close generator exit switch, security section
backup power switch, 7ATS device automatically switch to restore power supply
in security section.
6 、 Security section bus voltage recovery diesel generator automatically stop
When the bus power of the security section is normal ， 7ATS device detects
that the working power of the security section is normal ， 7ATS device
performs a simultaneous detection process ， After the detection frequency,
voltage and phase Angle are normal ， 7ATS device automatically switches to the
working power supply ， 7ATS device detects the normal power supply, delay for
5 minutes to send the stop instruction to the diesel generator
set ， Automatically disconnect generator exit switch 、 security section backup
power switch ， the diesel generator set is cooled for 10 seconds.
