challenges.
 Although exposure to a variety of
physical activities is the utmost concern
of the physical education instructions, it
is the responsibility of the students who
desires ultimate fitness to practice good

HEXAGON AGILITY TEST
Purposed – To measure the
ability to the body to move in
different directions quickly.
Scoring –record the time in the
clockwise and counter
clockwise.
STICK DROP TEST

Purposed – To measure the time


to respond to a stimulus
JUGGLING
Purposed – To measure the
coordination of the eye and hand.

Scoring – Record the highest


number of hits the performer has
done
STORK BALANCE STAND TEST
Purposed – To assess one`s
ability to maintain equilibrium.
Scoring – Record the time on
both feet in the nearest seconds
and divide the score to 2 to get
the average percentage score.
