OBJECTIVES:

• Take orders completely in accordance with the


established standard procedure.
• Note special request and requirements accurately
• Repeat orders to the guests to confirm items.
• Provide and adjust tableware and cutleries
appropriate for the menu choices in accordance with
established procedure.
