1. Happiness is a choice. While external circumstances
can affect our happiness, ultimately it is up to us to
choose to be happy. We can do this by cultivating a
positive mindset and focusing
on the good things in our lives.

2. Compassion is the key to happiness. When we are
compassionate towards others, it makes us feel good about
