What is a chatbot?
• A chatbot is designed to work
without the assistance of a human
user would. AI chatbots responds to
questions just like a normal human
being. An example of an AI chatbot
would be ChatGPT.
What is an AI?
• The ability of a digital computer to
perform tasks associated with
human intelligence such as problem
solving, learning and pattern
recognition.
How do chatbots use Artificial
Intelligence
• Chatbots are programmed by human users so there is a limit of commands the
chatbot can understand. Here is where AI comes in hand, AI will help the chatbot to
understand the commands that have not been programmed into it, This is called
machine learning. It make the AI chatbot understand the command by itself without
human assistance.
