▣ Introduction

1. The original plan at the time of bidding was to access the site via ①Manila South Road
→ ②Banlic Mamatid Road → ③Villa Palao Road. However, due to changes in the site
conditions of CP S-06 (delay in Site land Acquisition), the original access roads cannot
be used as planned. Therefore, an alternative access road was needed, and this
document is a plan for the alternative access road.

2. ACCESS ROAD/HAUL ROAD OPTIONS:

2.1 Initial usage of the LGICT Access Road is 2 years. Thereafter, the access / haul road
is planned to be shifted along Villa Palao Road
2.2 LGICT access road to be used for the entire project duration.

▣ Purpose

1. The purpose of this document/presentation is to coordinate the location and schedule

of the work interface with CP S-06 in connection with the construction and usage of
the alternative LGICT Access road going to CP S-07 site.

2.1 LGEJV to obtain Schedule for the Permanent Road along Villa Palao Road towards
CP S-07 site.
