Guidance counselors: This study will include the active guidance counselors
employed at Tangub City Global College.
Educators: A subset of educators or teachers who are directly involved in or support
the guidance and counseling services will also be part of the research.
Students: Whom that may have records or experiences on guidance counseling.

• Effective Communication is Key: Clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including students, parents, and faculty,
