 Target Audience
Elementary High School Senior High

Non-reader students from grade 1 to grade 12 who’s lack of guidance that

are having a hard time to keep up and understand their lesson.
 THE RATIONALE
Among all PISA-participating countries and economies, the
Philippines had a high proportion of low performers. That is,
80% of Filipino students did not achieve the required level of
reading proficiency.
