Omni-Channel Brand: BIBO is a digital pharmaceutical company which has a range of

products sold through both online as well as offline mode.

 Problem Definition – Need For Carrying Out the
Project

The delivery time of products to north eastern parts of India as

well certain northern parts of India is around 8 to 12 days which is
considered a lot when concerned with pharmaceutical products.

• Currently, there is only one warehouse located in Bengaluru and the time taken to
deliver products to north eastern parts of India and some northern parts of India is roughly
8-12 days.

• Whenever an order is placed, the products are packed from this warehouse and
delivered to an intermediate site.

• From there the package is delivered to the exact address.

 Objectives

• To reduce the delivery lead time of the existing system.

• To minimize the first mile time of the existing system.
