Teachers serves as a facilitators who
guides the student towards academic
success and responsible for designing
and implementing effective
instructional strategies to help
students achieve the learning
objectives outlined in the program of
studies.
Key roles that teachers do:
1. Instructional design and planning – teachers are
responsible for designing instructional plan that align
with the program.

2. Facilitating learning – teachers acts as facilitator


of learning, guiding and supporting students in the
acquisition of knowledge and skills.

3. Differentiated instruction – teachers recognize


and address the diverse learning needs and abilities of
their students.
4. Classroom management – teachers establish and
maintain positive and productive learning
environment.

5. Assessment and feedback – teachers play a


crucial role in assessing student learning and
providing meaningful feedback.

6. Integration of real-world applications – teachers


connect the program of studies to real world contexts,
making learning more relevant and meaningful for
students.
7. Collaboration and professional development –
teachers collaborate with colleagues, administrators
and stakeholders to improve instructional practices
and student outcomes.

8. Support and guidance – teachers provide


academic and socio-emotional support to students.
