SOCIO-ECONOMIC CIRCUMTANCES AND THE EASE
WITH WHICH THEY ARE ABLE TO CHOOSE CERTAIN
ONES OVER THE OTHER.
WHAT IS WEIGHT MANAGEMENT?

• WEIGHT MANAGEMENT IS MANAGING ONE’S


WEIGHT. THIS IS NOT JUST AN INSTANT PROCESS
BECAUSE WEIGHT MANAGEMENT IS A LONG TERM
APPROACH TO HEALTHFUL LIVING AND LIFESTYLE.
WHAT ARE THE CLASSIFICATION OF WEIGHT?

• OVERWEGHT- MEANS WEIGHT IN EXCESS OF THE


AVERAGE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL HEIGHT.

• OBESITY- THIS IS AN EXCESSIVE INCREASE OF
BODY FAT.
WHAT ARE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN
LIFESTYLE AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT?
• MANAGING WEIGHT IS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY
LIFESTYLE AND CHANGE THE IMPROPER HABITS A PERSON
HAD BEFORE. EVEN THE SLIGHTEST WEIGHT LOSS CAN
ACTUALLY REDUCE THE RISK OF GETTING HEART
DISEASES AND DIABETES. IT MEANS A PERSON WHO HAD

BEHAVIORAL AND MENTAL PATTERN OF CHANGING THE

AMONG MALE THAN FEMALE.
