Our application provides a clear and systematic representation of data like
1. How many request has been raised till present date.
2. Which department has raised the task.

• Easy way of tracking pending and completed Task.

The application keeps the complete analysis of task like
1.what date the task has been raised.
2. Which date the task will be accomplished.

 Introduction
Campus Keeper is a comprehensive web application designed for managing campus maintenance tasks and reminders
efficiently. With its user-friendly interface and a range of features, Campus Keeper simplifies maintenance management,
keeps track of pending tasks, and ensures seamless communication among staff and Admins.

It contain three modules

• Maintenance management.

• Tasks Reminders management.

• Authentication and Authorization with Staff management.

In this literature review, we explore the current state of research and development in the field of
maintenance and reminder applications in which decision making framework that categorizes tasks based
on urgency and Importance.
This helps in prioritizing task and ensuring systematic approach to task management.

The campus Keeper Application provides a solution for managing task, maintenance requests, and feedback after
completion of the task. While it provides centralized control, automation, and improved communication between
staff and concerned person, and proper feedback system.

Proper reminder to the concern person through text message and the deadline within which the task has to be
accomplished.
