VOCABULARY
• break (v) /breɪk/ : to be damaged and separated into two or more parts,
as a result of force; to damage something in this way
• metal (n) /ˈmetl/ : a type of solid mineral substance that is usually hard
and shiny and that heat and electricity can travel
through, for example tin, iron and gold
• remember (v) /rɪ : to have or keep an image in your memory of an event,
ˈmembər/ a person, a place, etc. from the past
• keep (v) /kiːp/ : to continue to have something and not
give it back or throw it away
• repair (v) /rɪˈper/ : to fix something that is broken,
damaged or torn
