SPM PRINTING

SYTEM
For Fuji Xerox & Canon Photocopy Printer
Step by step :
1. Beforeprint open the control panel menu and then right click on the printer IR 3245
and then select the menu “Printing Preferences”
2. Method “Output menu” and then select choose “Store”
3. Then clik “Yes”
4. Then select the name of each user of each user “Inbox Name” for example for user Danny
“Inbox Name Danny“
Then clik “Ok”
5. When will print please enter your “User ID and Password” and clik “OK”
6. Please log on photo copy machine and then select the mailbox and then please select the
“Inbox Name”
7. Then select the file you want to print andpress the print menu
Copying Procedure

■ Copying only allowed for a user who have user account

■ Login with your credential in printer machine
■ Put your material in manual flatbed or auto-feeder
■ Please be advised to take off all clips / staples on material to be copied
■ Check the copy configuration (size, quantity, duplex printing, color)
■ Press Start / OK button
Scanning Procedure

■ Scanning only allowed for a user who have user account

■ Login with your credential in printer machine
■ Select scan option, and pick address to available server
■ Put your material in manual flatbed or auto-feeder
■ Please be advised to take off all clips / staples on material to be scanned
■ Check the scan configuration (size, color, output format pdf or image)
■ Press Start / OK button
■ Check the scanned result in : \\SPM-FS-01\publicscan\ or \\192.168.2.2\publicscan\
