    Critical Path Chain Method


    Critical Path Method(CPM)
    • Student Syndrome:
    a phenomenon where people delay doing things until right before the deadline.
    For example, a student who postpones working on an assignment until the night
    before it's due is displaying the student syndrome.

    • Parkinson's Law:
    It is the old adage that “work expands to fill the time available for its
    completion”.
    CPM
    Lets Suppose there is a project, having 7 smaller tasks with dependencies and
    different time duration for their completion. Analyze Critical Path Chain by using
    Forward Pass and Backward Pass.
