TREATMENT METHODS

Nguyen Viet Hai

Advance Oxidation Process (AOP)
• Advance Oxidation Processes (AOP) are methods that use highly reactive
species like radicals with the help of Ozone (O3) in the ozonation process,
Fenton’s reagent (Fenton process) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) under
electrochemical oxidation. These methods have been reported to be effective in
treating wastewater.

Conclusion
• Using cobalt-ferrite in the treatment of pollutants with relatively high efficiency
shows that this is a potential direction in using them to decompose organic
substances that are difficult to decompose by conventional methods.
