CHICKEN CHOPSUEY

Ingredients Directions
 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts  Tenderize the chicken. Coat the chicken evenly in the baking soda and
 set aside for about 20-30 minutes. While the chicken sits, make the
½ tsp baking soda
sauce.
 2tbsp garlic (minced)
 1 small white onion (sliced)  To make the chop suey sauce, start by whisking the cornstarch and soy
 3 medium carrot (thinly sliced) sauce in the bowl and then add sesame oil, white pepper, and water.
 3 stems bok choy
 1 cup bean sprouts  Once the sauce is mixed, heat the vegetables oil on a high heat in a
work. Add garlic and onion and cook for about a minute, then add the
chicken and cook for another minute.
Chop Suey Sauce
 1 tbsp cornstarch  Once the chicken changes from pink to white, add veggies except for
 2 tbsp soy sauce the bean spouts and stir fry. Add in the bean sprouts and sauce.
 1 tsp white pepper
 Stir fry until the sauce thickness and the vegetables remain crisp.Serve
 1 tsp oil
immediately over rice or cassava.
 1 cup water
