HOLY WEEK

TRADITIONS
• For many Christians, Holy Week is a special
week, We can think about the sacrifices that
They believe Jesus Christ made for humans.

• Holy Week is sometimes also called Passion

Week, because “Passion” can sometimes be
used to mean suffering

• There are five special days during the week,

many people attend these to worship.
1.Palm Sunday
2.MoundyThursday
3.Good Friday
4.Holy Saturday
5.Easter Sunday
1. Some Christians culture have different
traditions, for example there are a special
Chruch sevices, processions

2. People remember that day because Jesus ate

with his disciples, some churches celebrate
with a foot washing ceremony, for example
the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church
washes the feet of 12 people . In our country
we made a special food for thurday so We
ate fish but in the next days we can try
many special food and enjoy with the
family

3. That day Jesus was put to deathon the cross,

He sacrifice His own life for our sin
4. That day It´s a final day of Jesus death

5.That day is a culture form USA, because its the

day of the chocolate eegs and bunnies and the same
time the day also celebrates the resurrection of
Jesus.
