calendar for the month of December 2023. The theme for this month will be “Recall of 2023” and the posts

About Dealer Activities:

● DAM Activity - In DAM activity, we make a unified repository of creatives along with post copies in
DAM from which one can create a post.

● Documentation Procedure- Explaining different documentation procedures such as EMI, Insurance, offers, warranty
etc. to the customer. They can post a photo or create a video for the same.

● Customer Testimonial- Dealer can create a post/video of customer testimonials in which they can share customer
feedback of the service which they have received, their thoughts on the car which they have just purchased.

● Review of Whole Year- Dealers can create a post/ video highlighting the showroom events that are held throughout
the year. They can also showcase the employee of the year as well.
About Dealer Activities:

● Showroom celebration- Showcasing the celebration in the showroom. Dealer can


make video of the celebration (Awards and Achievements).

● Car Exterior- Sharing the photos/ videos of car exteriors, boot space, headlights and other features available in the
vehicle. Dealer can make a video while explaining the same.

● Service Provided: Sharing photos and videos of the services provided by the dealership like insurance,
Documentation process, car service.

● Safety Features- Explaining different safety features of the car such as Suzuki tech body, seatbelt, Dual Front
Airbags, Anti-lock braking system. Dealer can make video of explaining the same to the camera or they can also
record a video while demonstrating it to the customers.

● Stock Update (TRV Pages only)- Share an update on stock availability of only and latest Maruti Car. Image has to be
neatly and properly framed. Post copy to have car details and contact us for more information as CTA. You also pick
post copy from DAM.
Avoid Scheduling Posts In Advance

1 The data for Publishing Post will not reflect in the report if you schedule the post for next month

2 The data will reflect only in same month in which you have schedule the post

3 Example: If the post has been scheduled in August month for September, the data post count will reflect in August
month only (Month of Scheduling Post) not in September (Month of Post Publishing).

Tips -

● The best time to post video content is between 12pm and 2pm, when most people are on a break and are
more likely to interact with their devices.
● It is suggested to schedule your posts 2-3 days in advance so that they get approved in time.
● It is advised that the video content for NEXA channel should only be in English whereas for TRV and Arena
it can be in Hindi.

This proposed calendar is generic in nature, if any dealer wishes to change the post according to their
requirements. Please share the required calendar with your suggested changes within next three days.

Creative Guidelines
Guidelines for Photos and Videos

1 Use only clear pictures/videos that are not blurred, pixelated or distorted.
All the content uploaded should follow the showroom SOP. For e.g., everyone should be wearing masks and following the
2 norms of social distancing.

3 Videos and pictures should be in 1:1 resolution.

4 Pictures/videos should not have elements like the brand logo, brand name or product from any competing brand.

5 Pictures/videos should not promote any hate speech, political a ffiliation or hurt any religious sentiments.

6 Only use brand approved templates.


Guidelines for Brand CI

Only approved brand pictures/videos can have brand elements (Brand Logo). Any other picture/ video cannot use brand
elements like car logo, car name, brand logo, brand name, channel logo, and channel name.

Cross channel promotion is not allowed i.e., Arena Channel pictures/videos cannot be uploaded on NEXA or True Value
2 Channel and vice versa.
Customer testimonial/communication videos in local vernacular languages, Hindi and English for all three channels
3 (Nexa, Arena and True Value).

4 Brand logo and product should not be cropped.

5 Brand videos will be counts as static posts.


Guidelines For TRV Stock Update Posts

1 Post copy to have complete information about the model. You can use the post copy from DAM.

2 Only Maruti Suzuki Car models can be published. Other than that post will be rejected.

3 No multiple images to be posted with a generic post copy. It will be rejected.
