HOW TO START A PROJECT

REPORTER: MARK DENIEL F. SORIANO

ABOUT
HOW TO START A
PROJECT?
Knowing how to start a project is one of the most
critical skills for any project manager. A large project (or
a small one) starts with the small stuff and builds to
something bigger and more complex. You need to get
to work, but how you get to work is equally important.

Once you know what is going to happen with the project,
it’s time to get stakeholders on board. Whether it’s a client
or internal stakeholder, it’s really important to be clear on
who is doing tasks, signing off deliverables, or reviewing
and providing feedback. Once you are clear on who is
involved, define when and how communication will take
place with the stakeholders.
