attract easily but we can also attract customers by ads and via youtube ads also.

 Eventually after some time, the gym machine want oiling and miantance so we have to ,
maintain our gym environment and machines through or budget and also form profit
sometimes

This area of my business will manage all the problems related marketing and sales. For example,
they will advertise my gym business, take orders which will come after the advertisement, if the
customer faces any issue in the gym it will resolve in that day

get, benefits from the hired trainers af. They develop personnel forecast of the gym employees.

 Before starting my sales we would hire my employees like trainer , cleaner, manager etc.
Filling my inventory like supplments etc before starting sales is also very important so it
would also be on my list.

 Sale and order processing

 Customer placing an order to the delivering of the products of . It includes financial
transactions, order delivery and logistics. First the order will be placed and the customer will
pay

 Inventory sourcing
 Because of the low price, we will buy the things which do not rot early in bulk. These will be
gym things like machines,proteins shakes, high protein things,gloves supplements, our
machines are not our product but we can imports from different cities as per customer
demands
 Delivery
 If the customer orders through app or online, would have to deliver it to their given address.
For that we will have a well-organized department, who will take responsibility for delivering
our product to customer. They will be notified about the customer number, what order, and the
address through the system and they will decide what driver and route to take. And in delivery
system we want half of payments before we deliver

 Billing
 There are two types of billing.

 Customer will have a special discount for them. Also, after the order is taken and the customer
has a discount voucher or discount code, he will be entertained accordingly. And if customer is
regular we will entertain him\her with many others offers

 Standard billing
 Standard billing will have the same amount shown in our product lists and including fees we
will give student package but not taking admission fees of gym

 Payment
 Our business won’t be having any kind of credit system. We will have multiple methods of
payments; we will accept cash and card. The GST on card will be 5% although it would be
16% if payed by cash. Other than that, customers who will order online or through app can
pay through their online wallets or cash on delivery like omni jazz cash etc.
