Modular Distance Learning involves individualized instruction
that allows learners to use self-learning modules (SLMs) in print.

One of the major concerns that teachers have is the alarming drops
in reading proficiency of the learners during the pandemic.

To address the issues faced by teachers, it should be that the


teacher should provide clear instructions and expectations for
reading
assignments.
