The CPP/NPA/NDF
has long
defeated us
because:
The CPP/NDF/NPA has long defeated us
because:
NO INFORMATION CAMPAIGN
- to inform our people of the programs that our
government has launched for their welfare
44
The CPP/NDF/NPA has long defeated us
because:
Government resources are wasted and intention to win the
hearts of the people is not achieved
45
The government were not able to conduct info
drive when services are given
They are able to tell their lies while we fail to say our truth.

What are the actions done by our government
to end CTG?
The government has bended backwards, took a step forward and
even looked the other way, to show our sincerity to forge a peace
deal with them.
52
What are the actions done by our government
to end CTG?
We have always chosen the road to peace when dealing with
the CPP/NDF/NPA
53
What are the actions done by our government
to end CTG?
We have also allocated millions of pesos to support the peace
process, funds which we could have used for development
projects for our people.
54
How CTG responded?
They even have the nerve to stage rallies and demand for the
continuance of peace talks just to discredit the Philippine
government before the international community
55
56
How CTG responded?
- they have shown treachery and deceit.
Even while the peace talks were ongoing, they attacked our people!
They burned plantation equipment!
Murdered IP leaders
Ambushed our security forces!
Sabotaged government projects!
Extorted money!
Continued to recruit and kill our children!
57
How CTG responded?
They only took advantage of the peace talks to support their
organizational, political and army build-up
58
How CTG responded?
They create a scenario to break the talks and blame the
government for the its failure!
59
The Result?
A number of peace talks have been conducted across the
different administrations.
60
While on PEACE TALKS
THEY VIOLATE INTERNATIONAL
HUMANITARIAN LAWS by:
a. MASS KILLINGS especially IP LEADERS
b. USE OF LANDMINES
c. USING CHILD WARRIORS
The exploitation has become unbearable and the IPs
are now BREAKING THEIR SILENCE
62
They recently went to the United States and Europe to tell
their stories and the violations committed against them by the
CPP/NPA
