• Arun Prasad Prakashan was born in Coimbatore in 1972.

• He is the founder and Principal of Arun and Associates since
its inception in 1998.
• He is a member of the City Technical Advisory Group
(CTAG) in Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal
Mission (JNNURM) for Coimbatore city in Tamil Nadu.

Should have a technical skills , who put a structural layout , gives a overall approximate estimation for the design.
Should be experienced mini 2 – 3 years
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER:
Should be well knowledge in technical skills, should put structural layout. Must have experience minimum 3 years
INTERNSHIP :

Tirupur – 2020 – 8,800 sq.ft.
Located in the urban fabric of the South Indian industrial
town Tirupur, this posh and contemporary residence
stands apart in its densely populated neighborhood. A
design with an inward-looking spatial arrangement of
segregated private and public spaces in two wings linked
by a central glass spine with high openings that blurs the
boundary between interiors and exteriors, thus allowing
the user to experience the scale of the triple height
volume of foyer, dining and stairwell in a unique
manner.
 A Contemporary Mill
SIPCOT, Perundurai – 2019 – 11,85,498.75
Sq.Ft.
Backward and forward integrated processes of
garment manufacturing have been housed on this
mill campus. The industrial unit has an installed
capacity of 2000 workstations. A curved insulated
roof spans over the structure, which is fully air-
conditioned. The structure has been certified as a
green building by LEED (USGBC).

The spatial arrangement provides for each classroom
to have access to individual terrace gardens.
Construction of the building structure utilised
modern precast technology, where all elements of
the building envelope were factory-made,
transported to and assembled on-site within a period
of five months. (Specifications: Walls – RCC Solid
slabs, Roof – Hollow core slabs, Concrete – M50
grade)
