Non-Critical Work Permit
(By Dealer)
This section cover the process of issuing –Non Critical Work
permit in detail. It helps the RO/Dealer to perform
following actions:
 Non-Critical Work Permit is created and closed in a same
day
 Creates Non-Critical Work Permit along with set of
activities
 included
 Send the work permit to work contractor
1.Click on ‘work permit’ tab
2. Click on ‘+’ tab to add new line item.
3. Click on ‘vendor type’ (company registered or vendor nominated by
dealer)
4. Select ‘magnify’ icon in vendor code tab
5. Enter 10 digit vendor code in vendor code tab and enter. It will automatically fetch contractor details
6. Select ‘ nature of work’ from the drop down list. [Please Note that values in ‘any other work’ field will
be selected based on the values stamped in’ nature of work’ field.]
7. Enter ‘valid from’ Date, ‘valid to’ Date and ‘work order no.’ in their respective fields and save.
[Kindly Note that ‘valid to’ date cannot exceed 8hrs from the ‘valid from’ date.]
8. After entering all required information in tabs click on the work permit serial number
9. Enter all mandatory details like location of work, name of contractor, contractor email, contracotors
mobile, name of dealer represntative, nature of work in details.
10. Click on ‘personal protective equipment’ tab and add all required PPEs and close.
11. Click on ‘alternate means of escape’ tab and select applicable status(available, provided or not required)
12. Complete work permit check list as per site requirement and nature of work by selecting whether
inspection done or not required
13. After entering all required details and leave no tab unfilled first click on ‘validate work order’ tab
then click on ‘ issue to contractor.
Critical Work Permit
(by officer)

This section cover the process of issuing – Critical Work

permit . It helps the RO/Dealer to issue subsequent child
work permit perform.
 Critical Work Permit can be issued by officer for maximum
15 days against which dealer can issue multiple child work
permit for maximum 8 hrs.
 Critical work permit is created and closed after work is
completed
 critical work permit is issued to dealer

in detail. It helps RO dealer to issue child work permit.
 Child work permit is issue by dealer to contractor against
critical work permit.

contractor name, email, mobile no , ‘valid from’ and ‘valid
to’.

5. Once all details are entered click on ‘issue to contractor’ tab
