Appearance:-
It is a God given gift
It gives basic information about a person
We cannot change it, but can give ourselves a pleasant look.
Should be proper: -should suit one’s physique -should add to one’s comfort
and confidence -should not disturb one’s work
Should be appropriate: -should suit the place, time and occasion -should not
make one feel odd person out -should make one welcomed and feel a part
of the occasion
Love yourself -don’t try to change yourself -there is no one like you on this
earth -there is no need to look or behave like anyone else
Remember: Everyone of us is a unique personality

The size should be appropriate to the number of receivers and the distance between the two
communicators
Should match the spoken words
Varies culture to culture and age to age
Adds to or even substitutes spoken words

Should not too big or too long

Have eye contact with your communicators
Don’t look at the ceiling or floor while communicating
Do not constantly stare at the communicator
