STUDY OBJECTIVE:

To analyze and synthesize the theoretical framework for understanding


developmental psychology, values, and motivation underlying
responsible leadership, in order to inform the development of effective
leadership training programs.

Research has shown that responsible leadership is
associated with a range of positive outcomes, including
increased organizational performance, employee well-
being, and social responsibility (Walumbwa, Avolio,
Gardner, Wernsing, & Peterson, 2008). Moreover,
responsible leadership can be developed through
intentional practices such as self-reflection, feedback-
seeking, and ethical decision-making (Kalshoven, Den
Hartog, & De Hoogh, 2013)

Dr. Rozina Karmaliani is a professor at the Aga Khan
University School of Nursing and Midwifery in
Pakistan, with expertise in maternal and child health
and community-based interventions. She has
published numerous research articles and serves as a
reviewer for several prestigious academic journals in
her field.
Honors and awards:
Achieved HUM Women Leaders Award 2022
Also won a Travel award to represent Pakistani Nurses at
world health assembly in Geneva 2019
