Philosophy Of Works:

Louis kahn is credited in re-defining modern architecture in more than one ways.
For example-

Use extensive geometric shapes and hence we find many of his

buildings taking shape of squares, circles or triangles.

Kahn was known to appreciate and feel of different materials that

he used in his work. He used brick and concrete.

Kahn realised the importance of sunlight and was highly impressed

By its usage in Egyptian and Greek works.
Work Style:

The highlights of his later style are heavy monumental structures, exposed primitive materials
and simple geometric forms.

The architect always started with a

square shape as a base for his
conceptual creation.
