* improve Cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure and
pulse, helping Circulation and burning Calories.

* matches last a total of 40 minutes. These are split into two 20-
minute halves, during which as many sets as possible are played.

* Smacking, spiking, kicking, or scooping a ball are not allowed
