What is the present continuous

The present continuous is used for events that are happening in a place or in the environment, also to indicate
that something is temporary, also to talk about situations that are changing, and to know about future plans.

understanding of the moment in which they occur.

WHEN IS ON USED?
- We use 'on' in various situations. First, it is used with specific dates
to indicate a particular day on the calendar. 'on' is also used with
days of the week, in the singular to denote unique events that take
place on that specific day. In the case of recurring events that
occur on days of the week, 'on' is used with the day in plural.
Additionally, 'on' is used with special dates, such as holidays or
commemorations, to specify when they are celebrated. This
preposition is essential to accurately place events in time and
calendar."
