 Background : there is a lot of lack of attention to physical health, which is


one of the most important things that we must maintain.Which can help
everyone to live a healthy life, whether eating or exercising continuously.
Problem statement

 Problem statement; their implementation of these types is difficult for


them and because of the lack of information they have, they need a source
that provides them with the right information and guidance.
Proposed idea:

 Gather all the information about nutrition, sport clubs, and healthy

CONCLUSION

 As we mentioned in our study there is a lack of information when someone wants to


start a new life and be healthy and this might be a major obstacle for people
because when someone found that it's hard or impossible to get all the information
they stopped or did not commit to the plan, so in our study, we focused on the
information and let the interface of applications more convenience to the user, also
when there is 24 hours live chat with nutrition this will keep the user going and
committed to the plan and be healthy!
 This app will make people's lives happier!
 And when you lunch this idea that help people and that people want it, and there is
no similar idea or competitor in our region, we believed this idea will succeed,
because always if you solve an environmental or culture issue in any giving idea it
will be a success no matter what the challenge is!
