How To Create A Zoom Meeting

Step 1 : Open Zoom Account And Sign In Zoom Account


Step 2 : Enter Your Email
Step 3 : Enter Your Password
Step 4 : Click On Sign In
Step 5 : Click On Down Arrow In New Meeting
Step 6 : Tick In Start With Video And Use My Personal
Meeting ID(PMI)

Step 7 : Click On New Meeting


Step 8 : By Click On Green Symbol,You Can Know Your
Meeting ID And Passcode.
Step 9 : By Clicking On Mute Symbol,You Can Mute or
Unmute Your Voice.
Step 10 : By Clicking On Stop Video Symbol,You Can Open or
Close Your Video Camera.
Step 11 : By Clicking On Security Symbol,You
Can Use Many Options.
Step 12 : By Ticking Enable Waiting Room,You
Can Create Waiting Room For
Participants.
Step 13 : By Ticking Share Screen And Chat,You
Can Allow To Share Screen And Chat
For All Participants.
Step 14 : By Clicking Participants Panel,You Can Check The
Number of Participants Joining Zoom Meeting.
Step 15 : In Participants Panel,You
Can Admit or Remove Participants
Joining Zoom Meeting.
Step 16 : In Participants Panel,You Can Mute
All Participants Joining Zoom
Meeting.
Step 16 : You will see Three Dots Symbol In
Participants Panel.By Clicking On
Three Dots Symbol,You Can Use
Many Functions.

Step 17 :After You Have Clicked On Three


Dots Symbol,You Can Chat,Stop
Video,Make Host,Rename
Participants.
Step 18 : By Clicking On View Icon,You
Can Change Speaker View,
Gallery View And Immersive
View.
Step 19 : By Clicking On Share Screen Icon,You Can Share
Your Screen For All Participants.
Step 20 : After You Have Clicked On Share Screen Icon,
You Can See This Panel.Tick Share Sound And
Optimize For Video Clip.Then,Click On Share.
Your Screen For All Participants.
