    Kimbap is a Korean hand roll made with cooked rice, vegetables like carrots and cucumbers, and protein like eggs or sausage wrapped in dried seaweed. To make kimbap, cook rice and allow it to cool, prepare fillings by cutting vegetables and frying eggs, lay a sheet of seaweed on a surface, place rice and fillings near the edge of the seaweed, then roll it up tightly using a bamboo mat or your hands.

    BAP ( 밥 ) : Rice

    4 eggs with some fish sauce or salt
    5 sheets of seaweed (1 pack)
    2 packs of medium-size sausages
    1 /2 carrot
    1 /2 cucumber
    Chili sauce and mayonnaise
    Kimbap-rolling tool made of bamboo (If you
    have one)
