Advantage:
• Determinate Structure
• No stress due to differential settlement.

Disadvantage:
• Large magnitude of bending moment requiring.
• Bigger & heavier Section.
Advantage:
• Magnitude of maximum moment reduce.
• Resulting of economic section.

Disadvantage:
• Large BM due to uneven settlement.
