THE SENDER
• A sender is a person who encodes and sends the
message to the expected receiver through an
appropriate channel
MESSAGE
• The information that is exchange between
communicators
CHANNEL
• The space in which the message is transmitted
RECEIVER
• A receiver also known as decoder
FEEDBACK
• Is a verbal or nonverbal process in which a team
member shares his or her feelings or perceptions
about another team member’s action, behavior or
words.
