rulers and weight

• They came to India in august 24 1608 on Surat for the purpose of trading
• The Britishers invaded Maharashtra Satara in western India by the name of East India Company
• They even try to occupy south India but the great kings in that period were very Powerful like
Tipu sultan , Choles, Pandya they fought them very well
• The British people made Indian farmers to pay high tax
• British people looted many thing from India like high value thing like Koh-i-noor

• The age was called as golden age because it was considered advanced various felds such as

• Samudra gupta known as the a napoleon of India because this army was very powerful in his
religion and development in religion .
