1 - Project Implementation
5 stages of SAP Implementation
1- Project Preparation - Process & Product Study. Tentative date of project completion.
2- Business Blue Print (BBP) - Mapping of AS Is Vs To Be Processes.
3 - Realisation - Testing of configurations & transactions on Developement Server.
Configurational Data gets stored in Customizing Requests.
4 - Final Preparation - End user Training . Gap Analysis.
5 - GO Live & Support - Transportation of customizing requests from development Server to
production server by Basis Consulatnt. Production Support to end user for 2-3 months.

2 - Support Consultant
1 - Daily Support to end user queries.
2 - Modification in configurations or new configurations as per requierement.
3 - Preparation of Logic for new cutomized reports in SAP (z reports).
4 - To understand & implement new releases in SAP.
5 Stages Of SAP Implementation

1. Project Preparation - Project Study & Process Study . Conclusion of estimated project end
date.

2. Business Blue Print (BBP) - Mapping of AS Is (Existing process) Vs To Be Process ( SAP


Process).

3. Realisation - To do configurations on development server & testing if all tranactions are


working smoothly in development server using test data. Confugurational Data gets stored in
customizing requests.

4. Final Preparation - End user training on development server. This stage carry on untill end
user's approval .

5. Go Live & Support - Transportation of customizing requests (configurations ) from Develpoment


server to Production Server. (Done by SAP Basis Consultants). Support to end users for 2-3 months.
