● Bog's DJ and Sound System Rental is a company that provides

high-powered systems for outdoor concerts and festivals.

● Bog's DJ and Sound System Rental have been founded by an


individual named Nestor “bogs” Castillo jr. , The company have
started as a small business catering to local events, but have
grown to serve a larger region and events.

● Overall, Bog's DJ and Sound System Rental is a reliable option for


individuals and organizations looking for high-quality sound
equipment rental services for their events.

● Bog’s dj and sound system is also selling high-quality sound

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Event planners and individuals often require high-
quality DJ and sound equipment to create a
memorable and enjoyable experience for their guests.

It could be possible that the rental equipment or DJ


services are not available on the time customer want
to inquire. This could lead to customer dissatisfaction
and lost business.

The booking process is taking too long and needs to be


upgraded to a web-based booking system.

● Availability calendar: Show the availability of Bog's Sound system and DJ rental for

different dates and times.


● Booking form: Enable users to fill out a booking form with their event details,
including date, time, location, type of event, and preferred equipment.

● Cancellation policy: Set up a cancellation policy and notify users about it during the

Yasui Japanese mart is a popular store that offers a wide
variety of Japanese ingredients such as takoyaki flour, sushi
needs etc.. The shop's success is attributed to its excellent
customer service, affordable prices, and the quality of its
Products.

The shop was started in 2018 by Gayle Hernandez, a


passionate Japanese lover who wanted to promote her
beloved Japanese food to more people. She started by
making a with different recipes and flavors in her own
kitchen, eventually perfecting her recipes and opening a
small business.

Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to


quality, Yasui Japanese Mart has become a household
name in the Japanese ingredients seller, with multiple
branches in various locations
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

Yasui Japanese mart is experiencing delays in orders because the customer’s can
order only in direct messages and they cannot read and reply to the customer’s
simultaneous message . This is causing frustration for both customers and
employees.

Yasui Japanese Mart is unable to reach potential customers online due to a weak or
nonexistent presence, which may also be a factor in its low brand awareness.

● Menu Display: A menu display feature could show all the products offered by Yasui Japanese Mart

● Ordering System: An online ordering system would allow customers to place orders directly through the

website.
