Scenario
An organization or a company running and
suddenly something wrong happened with
the head of the organization like he/she is
no more or he/she have resigned suddenly,
then the company or organization requires a
new head in that place to run that company
or organization smoothly without any lose,
then what happened a person who is below
that post is eligible for hiring the position of
POSITION
that post but the junior who joined the
company as a fresher have much more of VACANT?
qualification and well skilled too as
compared to that person who is below that ?
post, So to decide that who will be best for
that position to run the company or
organization much more smoothly , the
voting system are used using Blockchain
solidity for secure voting.
WHY WE HAVE CHOSEN THIS PLATFORM??

 We selected this Blockchain Platform


because it is trusted source of recording
information in a way that make it
difficult or impossible to change, hack or
cheat the system.

 Blockchain is a decentralized digital


ledger technology that records
transactions in a secure, transparent and
immutable manner.

How To Deploy??
Click the "address[] voter_list" field.
Add the Voter List in "address[] voter_list" field.
OBJECTIVE
 The voting system must be openly
verifiable and transparent.
 The voting system must ensure that the
voting cast by the voter has been
recorded.
 Only eligible candidates are allowed to
stand for voting.
 Only eligible voters must be allowed to
vote.
 The voting system should be tamper-
proof.
Future Scope

Adding a tie breaker


in case two
candidates get same
no. of votes.
Candidates can file
nominations by
themselves.
CONCLUSION
The implementation of this “An Organizational e- voting”
offers a transformative solution to address the existing
challenges and limitations in hiring a person who is
eligible for the vacant post which has been suddenly
resigned or something wrong happed with the person on
that post. By leveraging the immutability, transparency
and security features of blockchain technology, this
innovative voting system ensures the integrity of the
electoral process and fosters trust among voters,
candidates and authorities.
