of an interactive plan for managing takt time revision at TKM

1) Identification of workers who are Entropic for the Organization


( Identification of Energy Losses).
2) Help in balancing both Entropic and Negentropic workers in the
Organization.
3) Recognition of workers as well as staff to reduce energy losses .
4) Help to promote open discussion amongst Managers and workers and
help in accounting ‘fatigue’ - employee burn out while implementing
TPS.( Jidoka & JIT)
5) Help the management to recognize the importance of social status of
workers and promote building of a cohesive group within the
Organization.

4) Leaders would ‘ lead’ from the front . It would become easy for them to
understand the worker’s perspective as well as the changes desired in
Toyota Production System (TPS) w.r.t Indian Socio Economic Environment.
This would help to buy-in the workers’ consent for the reduced takt time.
5) The Organization would empower people and come out from the HIPPO
mindset ( Highest Paid Person’s Opinion Counts).
6) They would be able to promote the culture of ‘Innovation’ & Design
Thinking within the Organization through Idea Generation- Standardization
along with creativity.
7) The team would be aligned to the overall Organizational Goals
