DAY 1: 22-JUNE-2019, Saturday
I went to chamber and met my Advocate Mrs. Nirmal Chawla, and she introduced me with the work of
court that how many cases are there and in which court.
There were 3 case and all of them were in court no. 14 Ms. Harshita Vatsyan, MM, (Mahila Court) East
district Karkardooma court.

1. Poonam V. Raj kapoor – This was a case of Rape & Marriage.

2. Geeta Puri v. Naveen Puri – Execution was to be done, and further order was passed for Gawahi on the
next date.

DAY 2 : 24-JUNE-2019, Monday

An order for Suspension of work was passed due to death of justice Amit Arora.
DAY 3: 25 JUNE-2019, TUESDAY

There were 2 case

I went to court no. 16, for case of Sukhi Shakuntla, the case was pending and another
case on 24 court no. but judge was on leave. Our turn came in court no. 16, after the
hearing, client gave me 200 Rs.

Then we came back to chamber and had some discussion on Bar Counsil Examination,
and then I typed the detailed affidavit of case Pooja V. Shivvan.

DAY 4: 26-JUNE-2019, Wednesday

I went to chamber and saw the case of present day in my lawyers diary. There was 1 case
NEETU V. ASHUTOSH. Before we go to court my ma’am told me to apply certifies
copy on tulsidas case. And give P.F to Roshan begum one of her client. Then we went to
the court for the neetu v. ashutosh case.

This is the case of execution in court of Mr. Nipun Awasthi, ACJ-CCJ-ARC, KKD
Courts.
Interim order: Ms. Neha Sharma proxy councel for DH with DH in person Adjournment
sought.
DAY 5: 27-JUNE-2019, Thursday.
Today there were 2 matters
1. State v. Satish sharma & Ors.
2. State v. Gaytri sharma

both of these case were in Court no. 27, But ma’am was not there so I gave the Application in written for absence of client and took the next date.

After that I came to chamber and dicussed about some judgement for rape. After that arranged some files and went to family court for receiving certifying copy for
case of Baby Jannat.

Further, I did some calculations for ma’am. And pnce the work was done I left for home.

DAY 6: 28 JUNE 2019, Friday.

Ma’am is judge at mediation on every Friday so it was off for me.
DAY 7: 29- JUNE-2019, Saturday.
I came late today as I was not feeling well. After reaching chamber I made my internship report & read
some of the decided cases for my report and ask about facts from my advocate

at 12:30 we went to Family court for the counselling. And I went to chamber as my uncle came to operate
the computer, and I wrote my diary as usual. Then I left for home.

DAY 8: 30-JUNE-2019, Sunday.

DAY 9: 1-JULY-2019, Monday.

I went to chamber and took out the file for case of SEEMA V. CHARAN SINGH. And went to the court
no. 16, pre-summary Evidence was to be done. I observed it and ma’am told me to go to court no. 27 for
the execution of one of her client, but judge was on leave.

Then we came back to chamber & did some healthy discussion and had our lunch.
i also went to filing counter for new case of execution. When I came back ma’am asked me to write one
application for Inspection on her behalf for her client.

Then, ma’am send me to the typist with one of her client for the application of fresh address of respondent,
after that we came back to the chamber and I talked about some cases which she dealt last year like

1. REHANA V. SARFAZ- In this case the doughter of the rehana was suffering from heart desease( hole in
her heart) and her husband was threatning her to leave the house, or he will do mis behave and put false
allegation.

2. RENU BALA V. SHAILENDER- In this case they were on mediation for deciding the execution after
divorce, and that was finalled upto 15 lakh. Further 1 st motion was to be done.

Before leaving, ma’am gave me home work for making certifying copy for case of Baby Jannat as the
format has changed. She gave me instruction about that how and what to do in that.

DAY 10: 2-JULY-2019, Tuesday.

I came to chamber and gave my Home work to ma’am, there were few Minor mistakes in that which
ma’am corrected.

And we ordered some essential for chamber work. As there were no such case on todays date. So we did
our miscellaneous work. And focused on upcoming cases and did some of the typing work.

DAY 11: 3-JULY-2019, Wednesday.

There were 2 case

1. Yadaram Saxena v. Sanjay, court no. 23, today there were 2000 rs cost on us, but yadaram ji wasn’t
present due to ill health as his age is 80+ so considering this face next date was given without any cost.
2. Sapna V. Amit, court no. 14- Execution was to be done in which our client received 3500 cash and case
was further referred to mediation.

Then we came to chamber and did some miscellaneous work. Made case details for one of the case and
affidavit for the Anita.

One new case also came for the maintainance.

DAY 12: 4-JULY-2019, Thursday.
There were 3 cases
In court no. 24, State V. Sudesh Shukhla, Execution was to be done and our client received the mount of 2500
Rs.

In court no. 14, Rehanna V. Sarfaraz, ma’am requested to refer this case to lok adalat and final arguments for
next date. And the request was granted by the Hon’ble court.

There was another case of RENU GUPTA V. DEEPAK KANSAL of domestic violence
order : the order was passed by the court of protection & amount of 10,000 was paid to girl.

I also took filing knowledge from Junior Advocate and ma’am that how to file a new case and what is the
procedure what documents we need to add on file.

DAY 13: 5-JULY-2019, Friday.

Ma’am is judge at mediation on every Friday so it was off for me.

DAY 14: 6-JULY-2019, Saturday.

I took off from the court

DAY 15: 7-JULY-2019, Sunday.
Sunday

DAY 16: 8-JULY-2019, Monday.

There were 3 case
1. court no. 16- cross Examination was to be done here. I observed the whole procedure of cross-
examination, how they ask and ans and how the advocate of opposite party cant speak and tell them at that
time.

2. Then we went to court no. 63, in which execution was pending and our client received the amount of
4000 Rs, and next date of execution was given.

3. In court no. 24, Judge was on leave so next date was given.
DAY 17: 9-JULY-2019, Tuesday.
There was 9 cases today.
I went to chamber with Junior Advocate and took files for each of these cases.
1st we went to court no. 24, our turn was about to come so we waited for the ma’am, when ma’am came she
sent me to check the cause list for the other cases. I checked and went to Family court. In 1 st case Cross-
Examination was to be done.
I watched it and then arranged the document for Ex-Parte from Alhmad room with the help of my Advocate
for case of Rozi. And after that went to another court for taking date for the same as ma’am was busy in
Cross Examination.
Both of my advocates were busy and our another case in mediation was called so ma’am sent me to
mediation to forward her messge but the mediator told me to sit there and listen to facts and decide the next
date.

Then ma’am came there for another mediation and that case was so funny according me me they were just
fighting without any serious reason. It was 5 already so I went to chamber and left for my home.

DAY 18: 10-JULY-2019, Wednesday.

There were 4 case today in court no. 24 , Ms. Ritu Singh, MM, (Mahila Court) East district
Karkardooma court, Clause Evidence was to done, I sat before and observed it.
In court no., Junior advocate went there and took the next date.
2 case were still pending in family court so we went to chamber and had our lunch, I had some work so I
left from there itself.
DAY 19: 11-JULY-2019, Thursday.
There was our duty on DLSA EAST Front Office in legal Aid, so I directly went there. There were 2
cases in which junior advocate handled it. I observed the new cases that was coming in legal aid. Also I did
counselling for one of the client and asked about the problem and told about the section and case they can
refer for their problem. So basically that case was for maintenance and domestic violence, while observing
ma’am, I wrote some of the detail in the register of ma’am.

DAY 20: 12-JULY-2019, Friday.

Ma’am is judge at mediation on every Friday so it was off for me.

DAY 21: 13-JULY-2019, Saturday

There’s only 1 case in court no.14 – STATE V. SUDESH SHUKHLA The case was to be present in Lok
Adalat. And my junior advocate has given the DELHI JUDICIARY EXAM & U.P JUDICIARY EXAM, so
she bought that ques paper and we discussed and find the answer for those question and test our knowledge
that how much we know.
