Borning as an actor or becoming one?
To be a successful actor requires many things such
as : body plasticity and motor skills, voice
(including diction), ear for music, sense of rhythm;
mental: emotionality, observation, memory,
imagination, reaction speed, ability to improvise.
Not every single person can pull of such things.
Sally Margaret Field is an American actress, singer,
director and producer whose career spans five
decades. Field began her career as a teenager in
the mid-sixties in television. She played leading
roles in several sitcoms, such as Gidget and The
Flying Nun and so on. ,,I did not back into being an
actor , I was born one” This thoughtful quote
belongs to her.

What is acting?
Acting is a professional creative activity in the field
of performing arts, consisting of creating stage
images (roles), type performing creativity.

Performing a certain role in a theatrical

performance, the actor, as it were, likens himself to
the person on whose behalf he is acting in the play.
By influencing the viewer during the performance, a
special playing space and community of actors and
spectators are created. The actor's working tools
also differ between external and internal.
• External (technological) - makeup, costume,
and in some types of theater - mask.
• Internal (psycho-physical) - physical: body,
plasticity and motor skills, voice (including
diction), ear for music, sense of rhythm; mental:
emotionality, observation, memory, imagination,
reaction speed, ability to improvise.

Ups and downs of acting
As we all know acting leads to a major popularity and fame however, popularity
is not always connected to only good stuff. I can say that popularity is both.It
can lead to many beneficial things but it can also cause depression, exhaustion
and all that kind of illnesses. For example: Jon Hamm. Just like his character
Don Draper on Mad Men, Hamm has battled some heavy stuff. He’s been open
about his bouts with depression : In an interview with InStyle magazine,
Hamm spoke about the benefits of therapy. “We live in a world where to
admit anything negative about yourself is seen as a weakness, when it’s
actually a strength. It’s not a weak move to say, ‘I need help.’ ”
