Objectives of this research: The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the Islamic
banking sector in Bangladesh on its liquidity over a period of time. In this research paper the various
variables will also be defined and Their important impacts on the liquidity of the Islamic banking sectors
that will also inform the industry .
Conceptual Framework:

Y=α+β1X1+β2X2+β3X3+β4X4+ ε
Here,
Y = Dependent Variable (Liquidity)
α = Constant
β1….βn = Coefficients on each Independent Variable
x = Independent Variable which is Include
X1 = Non-performing Loan
X2 = Capital Adequacy Ratio
X3 = Return on Equity
X4 = Gross Domestic Product
 Hypothesis

Determining the hypothesis will be an important role in this research paper. the hypothesis has two
observations regarding the relationship between Dependent Variable and Independent Variable . The first is a
null hypothesis and the second is an alternative hypothesis.

In this hypothesis, Xn= Individual Independent Variable. H0=NO Significant relationship between
dependent variable and independent variable. H1=Significant relationship between dependent variable and
independent variable there are total 4 Independent Variables are given below:

 X1 =Non-performing asset (NPL)

 𝑿2 =Capital Adequacy ratio (CAR)

 X3 = Return on equity (ROE)

 X4= Gross domestic product (GDP)
